The Student Program is an exciting and rewarding experience for students interested in Hospitality and Food
Service Operations. Bon Appétit helps students identify many of the careers available in these fields by providing real-life experience working in an active Cafe or in a business environment.
Students work under the guidance of a mentor from the Bon Appétit Management Team.

Guckenheimer is a national foodservice management company that pioneered restaurant style, healthful dining in the workplace.
The goal of the Culinary Intern Program is to provide the Intern the ability to refine their culinary skills and kitchen operational through daily coaching and work experience. The Culinary Intern position will work directly under Guckenheimer Culinary leadership roles of Regional Executive Chefs, Commissary Executive Chefs and other culinary members of the Guckenheimer team in the test kitchen. Interns will be exposed to all areas of the kitchen operations, primarily focused on recipe formulation and testing.
